The air is crisp and clear. The sun is strong. Its around 5PM. There are few joggers. There's an interviewing videographer who gets 2 agreeable subjects. An older Chinese woman is taking her constitution up and back the length of the promenade. And there are small groups of visitors who stand for a brief view of the NYC skyline and then seek warmer spaces. The sun broods screaming bright in the crisp winter sky.

with a woman patron at the bakery who was talking to herself. She seemed
very involved in an important conversation (sans self phone), had her
cafe and picked up and left when too many others entered the room.
