It's looking really good Ira. The warmer shirt was a good change, also the sharper shadow on the spot. It's a great composition too - that and the scratchy marks on the background really add to the drama.
Perhaps some tiny evidence of dark shadow in the clown's clothing folds?
Thanks Lynne. The shadow suggestion is good. I am doing a whole series of illustrations on "clowns and fools" I will post them all at some point. I've got Grock, Pagliacci, and assorted clowns in various acts.
